Solarworld Energy Solutions fixed its IPO price band at Rs 333-351 per share, valuing the company at Rs 3,000 crore. The Rs 490-crore issue will open on September 23 and conclude on 25. 75% of the issue is allocated to QIBs, 15% to non-institutional investors, and 10% to retail investors, aiming for a market debut on September 30.
