Pine Labs to raise up to $700 million in October IPO

Pine Labs Ltd., backed by Mastercard and PayPal, plans to raise up to $700 million in its initial public offering (IPO) in October, with a fresh issue of 26 billion rupees and a share sale by founders and investors. The company provides payment solutions in India and international markets, reporting a loss of 1.9 billion rupees on 13.4 billion rupees revenue in the year ended March 2024.
