Trualt Bioenergy IPO opens September 25 with Rs 750 crore issue size

Trualt Bioenergy filed a RHP to launch an IPO on September 25. The company aims to raise Rs 750 crore. Promoters will sell 18 lakh shares, while the IPO proceeds will be used for multi-feed stock operations, working capital, and general corporate purposes. Trualt Bioenergy posted a 361% profit growth to Rs 146.6 crore in FY25 and has installed ethanol production capacity of 2,000 KLPD.
