Pace Digitek to raise Rs 819 crore through IPO on September 26

Pace Digitek has filed a Red Herring Prospectus with the Registrar of Companies on September 19 for its IPO, set to open on September 26 and close on September 30. The company aims to raise Rs 819.15 crore, with Rs 630 crore for a BESS project and the remainder for general corporate purposes. The IPO share allotment will be finalized by October 1, with trading commencing on October 6.
