True Colors to launch Rs 128 crore SME IPO

True Colors, a Surat-based digital textile printer distributor, will open its Rs 127.96 crore IPO on September 23, closing on September 25. The IPO offers 57 lakh fresh shares and 10 lakh promoter shares at a price band of Rs 181-191 per share. Funds will be used for working capital, debt repayment and general purposes.
