TruAlt Bioenergy fixed a price band of Rs 472 to Rs 496 per share for its Rs 839-crore IPO. The issue opens on September 25, consisting of a fresh issue of Rs 750 crore and OFS of 18 lakh shares, aggregating the total issue size to Rs 839.38 crore. The funds will be used for capital expenditure, debt repayment, and general corporate purposes.
