Jaro Institute of Technology Management and Research is launching a Rs 450 crore IPO with a price band of Rs 846-890 per share from September 23-25. The IPO sees a fresh issue of Rs 170 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 280 crore. Analysts at Anand Rathi Securities rate the issue "Subscribe for Long-term," citing the company's strong brand reputation and wide presence in online higher education.
