Purple Style Labs to file Rs 660 crore IPO for expansion

Purple Style Labs has filed preliminary papers to raise Rs 660 crore through an IPO with no OFS component. The company plans to use IPO proceeds for its subsidiary, sales and marketing, and general corporate purposes. Its revenue has grown, with an average order value increasing to Rs 56,106 in FY25, while customer quality strengthened and sales expenses reduced to 6.77% of revenue.
