TruAlt Bioenergy's IPO will be open today. Through an IPO, the ethanol company hopes to raise Rs 839 crore. It consists of an OFS of 18 lakh shares valued at Rs 89.28 crore by the current promoters and a new issue of shares valued at Rs 750 crore. For the IPO, which will be open from September 25 to September 29, the price range has been established at Rs 472-496 per share.
