TruAlt Bioenergy raises Rs 252 crore from anchor investors

TruAlt Bioenergy collected Rs 252 crore from anchor investors, allotting 50.76 lakh equity shares at Rs 496 per share. The public issue, with a total size of Rs 839.38 crore, will open on September 25 and conclude on September 29. The funds will be used for setting up multi-feed stock operations, debt repayment, and general corporate purposes.
