HD Fire Protect files for public listing offering entire stake

HD Fire Protect, a Mumbai-based fire protection equipment manufacturer, has filed preliminary papers with SEBI for an initial public offering (IPO). The offer-for-sale of 2.6 crore equity shares by promoters will raise funds, with Harish Narshi Dharamshi and his wife Kusum holding the largest stakes at 56.13% and 17.83%, respectively. The company reported a 24.6% profit growth in 2024-2025.
