Digitek IPO Opens at Rs 27, Suggests 12% Increase

Pace Digitek, a Bengaluru-based telecom infrastructure company, has an IPO opening today with Rs 819 crore fresh issue at Rs 208-219 per share. The grey market premium suggests a 12.3% premium, while anchor investors invested Rs 245 crore on September 25. The company reported a Rs 279 crore profit in FY25, with a Rs 2,438 crore revenue base.
