Curefoods secures ₹160 crore from Binny Bansal's 3State Ventures

Curefoods, a Bengaluru-based multi-brand cloud kitchen operator, has raised ₹160 crore in a pre-IPO placement from 3State Ventures, the investment arm of Binny Bansal. The deal comes after Curefoods filed its DRHP with SEBI in June 2025, seeking ₹800 crore via a fresh issue and OFS. The company reported ₹7,457.96 million revenue in FY25.
