Om Freight Forwarders raised Rs 15.9 crore from anchor investors at Rs 135 per share, with 11,77,710 equity shares allocated. The public issue opens on September 29 and closes on October 3, priced at Rs 128-135 per share. Proceeds will go for vehicle acquisition and corporate purposes, while offer-for-sale money goes to promoters. Smart Horizon Capital Advisors is managing the IPO.
