Alcobrew Distilleries files IPO to raise Rs 250 crore with SEBI

Alcobrew Distilleries India Limited has filed a ₹258.26 crore IPO with SEBI, comprising a fresh equity issue and an offer for sale by promoter Romesh Pandita. The funds will support business expansion and meet working capital needs. The IPO will allocate 50% to QIBs, 15% to NBBs, and 35% to retail investors. It operates in India and exports to 20 countries.
