Tata Capital IPO launches with fixed price band

Tata Capital Ltd has fixed a ₹310-326 per share price band for its ₹15,000 crore-plus IPO, to open for subscription on October 6. The issue comprises a fresh issue of 21 crore shares and an Offer For Sale of 26.58 crore shares. 50% is reserved for QIBs, 15% for Non-Institutional Investors, and 35% for retail investors. Bidding closes on October 8.
