Rubicon Research sets IPO price at Rs 461-485 per share

Rubicon Research aims to raise Rs 1,377.50 crore through its IPO, set to open on October 9 and close on October 13, with a price band of Rs 461-485 per share. Proceeds will be used for debt repayment, inorganic growth and general corporate purposes. The company plans to be listed on the stock market on October 16.
