Canara HSBC Life sets price band for ₹2,517 crore IPO

Canara HSBC Life Insurance fixed a ₹100-₹106 per share IPO price band for its ₹2,517 crore IPO, open for subscription from October 10-14. 35% is reserved for retail, 15% for HNIs, and 50% for institutional investors. At ₹106, post-issue market capitalization is over ₹10,000 crore and promoter holding will fall from 77% to 62%.
