Integris Medtech files Rs 3,500-4,000 crore IPO with Everstone backing

Integris Medtech Ltd. has filed a Rs 925 crore IPO draft with SEBI, backed by Everstone Capital. The IPO includes a fresh equity issue of up to Rs 925 crore and an OFS of up to 21.67 million shares. Integris will use the net proceeds to repay loans and allocate the remaining funds for general corporate purposes.
