Avaada Electro files confidential DRHP for ₹10,000 crore IPO

Avaada Electro Private Limited filed a ₹9,000-₹10,000 crore IPO DRHP with SEBI, seeking fresh issue and OFS components. Proceeds will be utilised for capacity expansion in high-efficiency solar cell and module manufacturing, including a 5.1 GW Uttar Pradesh facility and scaling up capacity at its Maharashtra plant.
