Orkla India to launch Rs 1,650 crore IPO

Orkla India Limited plans to launch its initial public offer (IPO) from October 29 to 31 with an issue size of Rs 1,660 crore, aiming to raise up to Rs 10,000 crore at the higher end of the price band. The deal is a complete offer for sale of 2.28 crore shares, resulting in a 16.6% stake dilution for the selling shareholders.
