PhysicsWallah may soon launch massive ₹3,820 crore IPO

PhysicsWallah, an online education platform, plans an initial public offering (IPO) worth ₹3,820 crore. The IPO includes a ₹3,100 crore fresh issue and an offer for sale worth ₹720 crore. Proceeds will fund marketing, center lease payments, and investment in a subsidiary. The company, valued at $5 billion, had 44.6 lakhs paid users in FY25.
