Pine Labs IPO price band, issue size cut to ₹3,900 crore fixed

Fintech firm Pine Labs has set a price band of ₹210 to ₹221 per share for its reduced IPO that is set to open later this week, seeking a valuation of up to ₹25,377 crore. The company will raise ₹3,900 crore at the upper end. Investors can bid for shares from November 7-11, with existing investors planning to sell 8.23 crore shares.
