Lenskart IPO GMP drops to 2% pre-market debut, should you buy or sell?

The grey market premium for Lenskart's IPO declined to around 2.5% on Friday, a day before its stock market debut. The Rs 7,278-crore IPO had received strong interest, being subscribed 28 times its offer size. Analysts raised valuation concerns, with a P/E ratio of 230, and questioned sustainability of unit economics and margins amidst increasing operational costs and international competition.
