SEBI clears IPOs for Nephrocare, Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions

SEBI approved draft papers for Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions and Nephrocare Health Services for initial public offerings. Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions plans to raise Rs 5,200 crore, with Rs 1,500 crore from fresh shares and Rs 3,700 crore from promoters and investors. Nephrocare Health Services will raise Rs 353.4 crore from fresh shares and 1.27 crore shares from existing investors.
