Emmvee Photovoltaic Power's IPO received 4% subscription on its first day, with 27.87-lakh shares bid for against 7.74-crore shares on offer. Retail individual investors subscribed 17%, while non-institutional investors subscribed 2%. The IPO aims to raise Rs 2,900 crore at a price band of Rs 206-217 per share, targeting a valuation of over Rs 15,000-crore.
