Groww shares may list with a small premium, experts suggest holding

Groww's parent company, Billionbrains Garage Ventures Ltd, is expected to list at a 3% premium on its issue price with a market value of over Rs 61,700 crore at the upper end. The Rs 6,632 crore IPO received a 17.60 times subscription and a Rs 2,984 crore anchor investor raise. Grey market premium is around 3% with potential listing gains of 5-10% according to market observers.
