Capillary Technologies fixes Rs 549-577 per share price band for its Rs 877.5 crore IPO. The company is raising Rs 345 crore via fresh issue and promoters/offload 92.28 lakh shares worth Rs 532.5 crore. Proceeds will be used for cloud infrastructure (Rs 143 crore), product development (Rs 71.6 crore), and acquisitions. The issue opens on November 14, closes on November 18.
