Fujiyama Power Systems' IPO received a 5% subscription on its first day, with shares trading at a flat premium in the grey market. The company plans to raise Rs 828 crore to fund a new manufacturing facility, debt repayment, and general corporate purposes, having already raised Rs 247 crore from anchor investors.
