Gallard Steel IPO opens on November 19

Gallard Steel, an Indore-based engineering company, will launch its maiden public issue on November 19 to raise Rs 37.5 crore for expansion and business growth. The IPO price band is Rs 142-150 per share, with allotment on November 24 and listing on November 26 on the BSE SME. Revenues and profits doubled in fiscal 2025.
