Wakefit raises Rs 56 crore in valuation boost to Rs 6,400 crore

Wakefit Innovations, a Bengaluru-based home and furnishings company, has raised Rs 56 crore in a pre-IPO round at a valuation of Rs 6,408 crore. The funds will be used for setting up new stores, equipment, marketing, and general corporate purposes. The company will offer 5.8 crore shares via IPO, valued at Rs 1,607 crore at the expected upper price band of Rs 195 per share.
