Yotta plots $4 billion IPO with latest funding round

Yotta Data Services Pvt., the data centre operator, plans to raise $500-600 million in capital at a $4 billion valuation. It aims to secure a similar amount in its initial public offering (IPO) and file its draft prospectus shortly. Yotta operates India's largest Nvidia AI processor cluster, with 10,000 H100 chips and plans to expand to 20,000 B300 processors.
