GSP Crop Science starts trading at 4% premium to listing price

GSP Crop Science shares listed at Rs 328 (2.5% premium) on NSE and Rs 332.30 (3.84% premium) on BSE after a 1.61 times subscription. The Rs 400-crore issue price band was Rs 304-320 per share. Market capitalization stood at Rs 1,545.82 crore, exceeding grey market expectations. Proceeds will be used for debt payment and general corporate purposes.
