Shiprocket secures Rs 727 crore from anchors ahead of Rs 1,617-crore IPO on Aug 12

Shiprocket raised Rs 727.41 crore from 50 anchor investors, including major mutual funds and insurers, ahead of its IPO opening August 12-14. The IPO aims to raise up to Rs 1,617.5 crore at Rs 92-97 per share, with Rs 885.5 crore as fresh issue and Rs 732 crore as OFS. FY26 loss was Rs 79.2 crore; revenue grew 24% to Rs 2,024.1 crore.
