Glass Wall Systems’ Rs 427.89 crore IPO, with a price band of Rs 172–182 per share, was oversubscribed 2.18x within hours of opening on September 8, 2026. The issue comprises Rs 60 crore fresh shares and Rs 367.89 crore via offer for sale. Listing is expected on September 16, with allotment by September 11.
