Koolking Industries files for IPO, aims to raise Rs 300 crore through fresh issue

Koolking Industries India, a Punjab-based HVAC components manufacturer, has filed draft papers with SEBI for an IPO, including a fresh issue of Rs 300 crore and an offer-for-sale of up to 30.5 lakh shares. The company plans to use proceeds for new manufacturing units, machinery, and working capital. FY26 profit rose 22.4% to Rs 33.2 crore on revenue of Rs 526.7 crore.
