Burma Burma operator Hunger Pangs files for Rs 150 cr IPO with fresh issue plan

Hunger Pangs Ltd, operator of Burma Burma Restaurant & Tea Room, has filed draft IPO papers with SEBI to raise up to Rs 150 crore via a fresh equity issue, targeting new restaurant expansion. FY26 revenue rose 46.56% to Rs 155.50 crore, while EBITDA increased to Rs 25.68 crore. The IPO includes an offer for sale of up to 2.79 crore shares.
