EPF withdrawal simplified for those who've lost their jobs

Union Minister Mansukh Mandaviya relaxed EPFO rules, allowing 75% of EPF amount withdrawal immediately after job loss, and the remaining 25% after one year. The govt also extended the withdrawal period from 2 months to 1 year to maintain job continuity. A 25% mandatory minimum balance will be kept in the account, and EPFO will collaborate with postal services for elderly and remote beneficiaries.
