Lakshmi Mittal-linked firm buys Bungalow in India's costliest 2025 deal

Delhi NCR's most expensive deal so far in 2025 is a Rs 310 crore purchase by Gentex Merchants Pvt Ltd of a 3,540-square yard bungalow on APJ Abdul Kalam Road in Lutyens' Delhi. Registration documents state the deal was done in June 2025. Surya Kumar Kanodia is a director of Gentex, linked to steel baron Lakshmi Mittal, who owns a bungalow in the same area.
