CBRE forecasts strong end to 2025 investment activity

Investment activity in India's real estate sector is expected to close strong in 2025, fuelled by capital deployment into built-up office and retail assets. Total capital flows from January to September reached USD 10.2 billion, a 14% year-on-year rise. Land and development sites, and built-up assets attracted 90% of Q3 investments.
