Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad drive record warehousing leasing

India's industrial and logistics real estate segment saw a 28% year-on-year leap in leasing volume to 37 million square feet in the first nine months of 2025. Delhi-NCR led with 11.7 msf, followed by Bengaluru (5.7 msf) and Hyderabad (4.6 msf). Leasing was driven by 3PL providers and quick commerce firms, with 68% by domestic players.
