Embassy REIT upbeat on India-US deal, eyes Rs 4,000-cr capex

Embassy Office Parks REIT has a 7.6 million square feet development pipeline, backed by a Rs 4,000 crore capital expenditure. The REIT expects Grade-A office space demand to increase due to improving global trade relations and India's large STEM graduates and talent pool.
