Sebi simplifies FPI entry, issues new IPO guidelines

Sebi has approved reforms to boost large company listings and ease foreign investor entry. For firms above ₹5T market cap, IPO dilution is set at 2.5% with a ₹15K cr floor and at least 1% value; those between ₹1T–₹5T need ₹6,250 cr plus 2.75%. Issuers with under 15% public holding get 5 years to hit that mark and 10 years for 25% MPS. Smaller IPO norms stay unchanged.
