Yatharth Hospital and Trauma Care Services Ltd acquires Shantived Hospital in Agra, Uttar Pradesh for Rs 260 crore ($29.5 million) in an all-cash deal. Yatharth Hospital expands its North India operations, strengthening its position in Uttar Pradesh. The acquisition adds around 150 beds to Yatharth Hospital's total capacity of over 2,500 beds, boosting its topline and bottomline from day one.
