Meta challenges 5-year data sharing ban citing flawed CCI approach

Meta argued before NCLAT that the CCI provided no reasons for a 5-year ban on data sharing between Meta and WhatsApp for advertisements, calling it a "flawed approach" and citing seven "misses" by the regulator.
