Deutsche Bank, UniCredit win fight over €2.3 billion fund

Deutsche Bank, UniCredit, and DZ Bank won their case to recover a €2.3 billion ($2.7 billion) restructuring fund, with the Frankfurt Administrative Court ordering Bafin to pay back the lenders. Deutsche Bank is seeking €605 million, UniCredit €334 million, and DZ €64 million. The government plans to reallocate the funds to support small and medium-sized enterprises.
