Watch PSU Banks after DFS Secretary's minimum shareholding comments

Indian Overseas Bank, Punjab and Sind Bank, UCO Bank, and Central Bank of India will raise capital this year to meet SEBI's 75% public shareholding norm. The four lenders have government stakes near or above 90%. They recently raised ₹1,500-2,000 crore through QIP with minimal stake dilution. M Nagaraju said the capital will enable lending to boost credit growth.
