Mio Star sells Star Health stake for Rs 299 crore

Mio Star exited Star Health by selling 67.72 lakh shares, valued at Rs 298.67 crore, with PI Opportunities AIF buying 45.35 lakh shares at Rs 441 per share. Other deals included Bajaj Allianz buying 10 lakh shares in Carraro India and Tata Mutual Fund acquiring 11.37 lakh shares in Bluspring Enterprises, valued at Rs 44.9 crore and Rs 9.04 crore respectively.
