Motilal Oswal offloads auto component player via block deals

Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund exited its 1.85% stake in Carraro India Ltd by selling 10 lakh shares at ₹449 per share to Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance. India Mutual Funds collectively hold a 12.66% stake in the company, with Motilal Oswal's Small Cap Fund selling its stake after the shares listed at a discount of 40% from the IPO price of ₹704 in December 2023.
