Foreign investors sell Indian stocks worth Rs 1125 crore

Foreign investors sold Rs 1,125 crore worth of Indian equities, while domestic institutional investors bought Rs 2,294 crore. FIIs were net sellers for the year so far, Rs 2.21 lakh crore, while DIIs have been net buyers, Rs 5.43 lakh crore. The Sensex rose 0.38% and Nifty was up 0.36% at the close.
